產(chǎn)品描述:人蘋果酸脫氫酶1(MDH1)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E13662h)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿、細胞裂解物樣本中的MDH1含量。MDH1即蘋果酸脫氫酶 1,是糖代謝關(guān)鍵酶。其催化蘋果酸與草酰乙酸相互轉(zhuǎn)化,參與三羧酸循環(huán)和蘋果酸-天冬氨酸穿梭。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)它與腫瘤代謝重編程密切相關(guān),影響腫瘤細胞的增殖、存活,有望成為腫瘤治療新靶點。試劑盒檢測范圍為9.38 mU/mL-600 mU/mL,適用于細胞代謝機制研究、疾病模型能量通路分析、藥物干預(yù)效果評估等科研領(lǐng)域本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
