產(chǎn)品描述:人軸突生長誘向因子4(Ntn4)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E11900h)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的NTN4含量。NTN4是一種編碼Netrin蛋白家族成員的基因,Netrin蛋白在多種生物過程中發(fā)揮作用,包括軸突導向、腫瘤發(fā)生和血管生成。NTN4在乳腺癌中表現(xiàn)出降低的趨勢,與乳腺癌細胞的遷移和侵襲相關。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),NTN4通過其N端的Laminin_N結構域與細胞外的Wnt配體結合,抑制Wnt信號通路,從而發(fā)揮抑癌作用。試劑盒檢測范圍為7.8 ng/ml-500 ng/ml,適用于體外培養(yǎng)細胞上清、動物組織提取液或體液樣本的科研檢測,可支持神經(jīng)生物學研究、腫瘤微環(huán)境分析、血管生成機制探索等實驗需求。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
