小鼠血纖蛋白(fibrin)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-EQ027562MO）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的fibrin含量。Fibrin即纖維蛋白，是凝血過程的關鍵產(chǎn)物。其背景與止血和血栓形成密切相關。研究機制上，聚焦于其在凝血級聯(lián)反應中的生成過程，以及與血小板相互作用形成血栓的機制，還探索其在疾病如心血管病、炎癥等病理過程中的作用。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，可用于研究凝血機制異常、心血管疾病模型中的纖維蛋白沉積動態(tài)，或評估抗血栓藥物對纖維蛋白生成的干預效果，亦可用于炎癥性疾病或組織損傷模型中纖維蛋白代謝通路的分子機制探索。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse fibrin in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
