產(chǎn)品評價： 我用CSB-E17797m檢測正常小鼠和造模狼瘡小鼠的血清，未稀釋樣品進行檢測。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品OD450值最高為1.99，最低為0.02，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線R平方大于0.99。小鼠血清OD450值范圍約為0.3-1.3左右, 對應(yīng)濃度為1.5-7ng/mL, 符合我的預(yù)期濃度范圍。
