產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià): 我們用CSB-E08007m檢測(cè)正常小鼠皮膚組織勻漿中的MMP-9含量,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)用勻漿原液時(shí)其ODA450值為2.28,勻漿稀釋兩倍時(shí)其ODA450值為1.227,稀釋四倍時(shí)其ODA450值為0.818,稀釋八倍時(shí)其ODA450值為0.6215,帶入標(biāo)曲擬合公式后算出其濃度分別對(duì)應(yīng)48.98,、25.50、16.68、12.53 ng/mL,發(fā)現(xiàn)使用原液時(shí)超出試劑盒的檢測(cè)范圍0.625-40ng/mL,所以我們最終確定將勻漿稀釋5倍,然后在進(jìn)行下面各組的檢測(cè)。該試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍廣、靈敏度高,精密度高,操作簡(jiǎn)便,標(biāo)曲擬合性好,非常容易上手,并且檢測(cè)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠。

Cleaves type IV and type V collagen into large C-terminal three quarter fragments and shorter N-terminal one quarter fragments. Degrades fibronectin but not laminin or Pz-peptide.
