產(chǎn)品描述:豬β干擾素(IFN-β/IFNB)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E09890p)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿、細胞裂解物樣本中的IFN-β/IFNB含量。IFN-β/IFNB即β-干擾素,它具有抗病毒、免疫調(diào)節(jié)等作用。在研究機制上,它能與細胞表面受體結(jié)合,激活相關(guān)信號通路,誘導(dǎo)抗病毒蛋白產(chǎn)生,從而抑制病毒復(fù)制。目前在治療多發(fā)性硬化癥等疾病方面有重要研究價值。試劑盒檢測范圍為50 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL,該產(chǎn)品適用于體外科研場景中豬IFN-β的動態(tài)水平監(jiān)測,如病毒感染后免疫應(yīng)答研究、炎癥模型評估或生物制劑開發(fā)過程中的效價分析本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
