大鼠甲種胎兒球蛋白/甲胎蛋白(AFP)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08281r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織培養(yǎng)上清液、組織勻漿樣本中的AFP含量。AFP即甲胎蛋白，是一種糖蛋白，主要由胎兒肝細(xì)胞及卵黃囊合成。在成人，AFP升高可能與肝癌、生殖細(xì)胞腫瘤等惡性腫瘤相關(guān)。研究機(jī)制上，它可作為腫瘤標(biāo)志物輔助診斷、監(jiān)測病情。其產(chǎn)生機(jī)制可能與腫瘤細(xì)胞的異常表達(dá)有關(guān)。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，該產(chǎn)品可廣泛應(yīng)用于肝癌動(dòng)物模型研究、干細(xì)胞分化監(jiān)測、組織再生機(jī)制探索及腫瘤相關(guān)信號(hào)通路分析等科研領(lǐng)域。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
