產(chǎn)品描述:大鼠L-乳酸脫氫酶(L-LDH)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E11324r)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的LDHA含量。LDHA即乳酸脫氫酶A,在糖酵解途徑中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用,與細胞能量代謝密切相關(guān)。異常表達的LDHA與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后不良相關(guān)。目前研究聚焦于抑制LDHA活性或表達來調(diào)控腫瘤糖代謝,有望為腫瘤治療提供新策略。試劑盒檢測范圍為39 mU/mL-2500 mU/mL,該產(chǎn)品可應(yīng)用于科研場景中藥物毒性評估、疾病模型構(gòu)建、代謝機制研究等領(lǐng)域本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
