大鼠胃動素(MTL)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08208r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的MTL含量。大鼠胃動素（MTL）是一種由內(nèi)分泌Mo細(xì)胞分泌的22個氨基酸組成的活性肽，主要在消化間期周期性釋放，促進(jìn)胃腸運動和胃蛋白酶分泌。其作用機制涉及與胃腸平滑肌上的胃動素受體結(jié)合，增強平滑肌收縮，加速胃排空，并調(diào)節(jié)消化間期胃腸活動，如移行性復(fù)合運動（MMC）。MTL的研究對于理解胃腸動力和消化功能具有重要意義。試劑盒檢測范圍為31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，適用于胃腸動力障礙動物模型研究、藥物干預(yù)后胃動素分泌評估，以及消化道組織樣本中MTL表達(dá)的動態(tài)監(jiān)測，為胃腸生理學(xué)、病理學(xué)機制研究及藥效學(xué)評價提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
