    CUSABIO generates the hemoglobin antibody through the immunization of rabbits with the human hemoglobin protein and subsequent protein G-purification from rabbit antiserum. It is available as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95%. It is only reactive with human hemoglobin protein, which is essential for transferring oxygen in your blood from the lungs to the tissues. This anti-hemoglobin antibody has been validated for use in ELISB and WB applications.
