    Rabbits were immunized with the recombinant human LILRB4 protein (22-259aa), which elicited an immune response that produced a mixture of antibodies directed against various epitopes of the LILRB4 protein. The LILRB4 antibody was purified from the rabbit serum using antigen affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid.

    This LILRB4 antibody has been demonstrated to recognize and identify the human LILRB4 protein in ELISA, WB applications. The LILRB4 protein mainly exerts immunoregulatory function and is also implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer, viral infections, and transplantation.
