    The SERPINB14 polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunizing rabbits with chicken Ovalbumin. The antibody was then affinity purified using the antigen and tested in both ELISA and WB applications. The SERPINB14 polyclonal antibody is capable of reacting with samples from Gallus gallus (Chicken) species.

    In ELISA, the SERPINB14 polyclonal antibody can be used to detect the presence and quantity of Ovalbumin in a sample by measuring the absorbance of the antibody-antigen complex. In WB, this antibody can be used to identify the presence and relative molecular weight of Ovalbumin in a chicken sample through protein separation by size and immunoblotting.
