產(chǎn)品評價： 我用貨號為CSB-RA004954MA1HU的抗體，先進行ELISA雙抗夾心試驗的方法開發(fā)，其結(jié)果為標準曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)R^2值滿足生物分析方法要求，然后對mRNA轉(zhuǎn)染后的細胞裂解液樣品進行檢測，樣品經(jīng)RIPA細胞裂解液進行細胞裂解后，離心取上清液進行檢測，其結(jié)果顯示，該抗體作為包被抗體使用時，方法特異性好，靈敏度高，重復(fù)性好。檢測抗體采用的是Biolegend 貨號：355114。對轉(zhuǎn)染后的裂解液進行檢測，在稀釋20di后，OD值在0.601，標曲定量范圍為：0.015~15.00ng/mL，OD值范圍為：0.066~2.989。
