Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

相關(guān)疾病:Defects in Hr are the cause of a number of pleiotropic effects including structural abnormalities of epithelial cells in the hair follicles, hair loss towards the end of the first hair growth cycle, and the failure of subsequent hair growth cycles. Older mice carrying a hr mutation have been reported to possess altered ratios of T-cell-dependent B-cell responses. Mice homozygous for hr mutation are uniquely sensitive to UV and chemically induced skin tumors.
