CCL23
CCL23，即趨化因子配體23，別名MIP-3、MPIF-1。它主要來(lái)源于肺、肝和胰腺等組織中的巨噬細(xì)胞及樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞。通過(guò)與其特異性受體CCR1結(jié)合，CCL23能夠激活并趨化單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞及T淋巴細(xì)胞向炎癥或損傷部位遷移，從而在免疫應(yīng)答和炎癥反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。其生物學(xué)意義廣泛，涉及自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、腫瘤等多種病理過(guò)程，是免疫調(diào)節(jié)和疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因子之一。
