FCAR
FCAR（FcαRI），全稱為高親和力免疫球蛋白E受體I，常見別名包括CD89。該蛋白主要表達(dá)于嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞和血小板等細(xì)胞上，其核心功能是介導(dǎo)免疫球蛋白E（IgE）與靶細(xì)胞結(jié)合，引發(fā)I型超敏反應(yīng)及其他免疫應(yīng)答。FCAR通過與IgE結(jié)合，激活下游信號分子，如磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（PI3K）和蛋白激酶C（PKC），進(jìn)而促進(jìn)細(xì)胞脫顆粒、釋放炎癥介質(zhì)和趨化因子，參與過敏反應(yīng)和抗感染過程。此外，F(xiàn)CAR還與某些自身免疫性疾病和腫瘤的發(fā)病機(jī)制相關(guān)，例如過敏性哮喘、過敏性鼻炎和某些血液系統(tǒng)腫瘤。在藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域，針對FCAR的抑制劑被開發(fā)用于治療過敏性疾病，如抗IgE抗體和FCAR單克隆抗體，以減少IgE介導(dǎo)的過度炎癥反應(yīng)。目前，相關(guān)藥物已進(jìn)入臨床試驗階段，顯示出良好的治療效果和安全性。
