IL27
IL27，全名為白細(xì)胞介素-27，也被稱為IL-27、p28、IL27p28、IL-27A、IL27A等。它是IL-12家族的一員，由兩個(gè)亞基組成：EBI3（IL-27B）和IL27p28（IL-30）。IL27蛋白主要由抗原呈遞細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，在調(diào)節(jié)B和T淋巴細(xì)胞活性中發(fā)揮重要作用。它具有促炎和消炎特性，可以誘導(dǎo)單核細(xì)胞和肥大細(xì)胞分泌促炎細(xì)胞因子，促進(jìn)幼稚CD4+T細(xì)胞增殖和Th1細(xì)胞應(yīng)答。此外，IL27還與NK細(xì)胞和CD8+T細(xì)胞的效應(yīng)功能有關(guān)。在疾病方面，IL27與類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎等炎癥性疾病有關(guān)。在藥物研發(fā)方面，IL27作為抗腫瘤和免疫調(diào)節(jié)的靶點(diǎn)，目前已有藥物進(jìn)入臨床研究階段。
