TNFSF4
TNFSF4，即腫瘤壞死因子超家族成員4，別名TXGP1;Glycoprotein Gp34、OX40 ligand、OX40L、TAX transcriptionally-activated glycoprotein 1、CD antigen CD252。它是一種主要由活化的T細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的細(xì)胞膜結(jié)合蛋白，屬于腫瘤壞死因子超家族成員之一，由人體細(xì)胞自身的基因編碼。TNFSF4的作用機(jī)制主要是通過(guò)與其受體OX40（TNFRSF4，CD134）結(jié)合，這一結(jié)合在T細(xì)胞的激活、增殖和存活中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。TNFSF4-OX40的相互作用可以促進(jìn)T細(xì)胞的二次信號(hào)，增強(qiáng)T細(xì)胞的效應(yīng)功能，同時(shí)在調(diào)節(jié)免疫應(yīng)答和促進(jìn)免疫記憶形成中起到重要作用。TNFSF4-OX40信號(hào)通路在CD4+和CD8+ T細(xì)胞的擴(kuò)增、分化和存活中起著至關(guān)重要的作用，特別是在T細(xì)胞依賴的免疫應(yīng)答中。此外，TNFSF4也在調(diào)節(jié)自身免疫反應(yīng)和炎癥過(guò)程中發(fā)揮作用，其異常表達(dá)或功能失調(diào)與某些自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān)。因此，TNFSF4是免疫學(xué)研究和相關(guān)疾病治療中的一個(gè)潛在靶點(diǎn)，針對(duì)TNFSF4的治療策略正在被開(kāi)發(fā)用于治療某些類型的癌癥和自身免疫性疾病。
