產(chǎn)品描述:魚類皮質(zhì)醇(Cortisol)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E08487f)為競爭法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿.樣本中的COR含量。魚類皮質(zhì)醇(Cortisol)是魚類最主要的糖皮質(zhì)激素,對性別分化具有重要作用。研究顯示,皮質(zhì)醇通過調(diào)節(jié)性別相關(guān)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄、與HPI軸和HPG軸的相互作用以及與雄激素合成通路的交互作用,影響魚類性別分化與性轉(zhuǎn)變。試劑盒檢測范圍為3.12 ng/ml-200 ng/ml,靈敏度為1.56 ng/ml。適用于水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖管理、環(huán)境毒理學(xué)研究及魚類生理學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)等領(lǐng)域??蒲腥藛T可通過評估魚類在應(yīng)對水質(zhì)變化、溫度波動或污染物暴露時的應(yīng)激反應(yīng),亦可探究激素調(diào)控機(jī)制與健康狀態(tài)的關(guān)聯(lián),為魚類資源保護(hù)及養(yǎng)殖優(yōu)化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

產(chǎn)品評價: 我使用試劑盒CSB-E08487f檢測溫度脅迫下的羅非魚血清,血清未稀釋,檢測結(jié)果顯示標(biāo)曲正常,樣品中皮質(zhì)醇含量在50-200ng/mL范圍內(nèi)。該產(chǎn)品的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法和步驟詳細(xì),同時還提供可能出現(xiàn)的問題的解決方法和溫馨提示,非常人性化和科學(xué)。但是,試劑盒中的大部分溶液在96孔板使用完后還有大量剩余,而包被有抗體的孔板數(shù)量較少,建議可以在有價格上增加孔板數(shù)量,減少部分試劑的量。
