The sample volume needed for single well is 100ul. If your sample volume is not enough, then it may lead to false negative. So we suggest you prepare enough sample.

Is there usually a better signal in serum samples or perfusate samples
taken while on EVLP?

Usually we use this kit to test serum and plasma samples. Regarding perfusate samples on EVLP before,we can not ensure 100%. In theory if the concentration is within the detection range of the kit, it can be detected out. We suggest you do a pretest first.
