大鼠4-羥基壬烯酸(HNE)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-EQ027232RA）為競爭法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的HNE含量。HNE即人中性粒細(xì)胞彈性蛋白酶，在人體免疫防御中起重要作用。但過度激活會引發(fā)多種疾病。研究其機(jī)制可聚焦在它對底物蛋白的降解、信號通路的調(diào)控等方面，以此為靶點(diǎn)有望開發(fā)出治療相關(guān)病癥如肺部炎癥疾病的藥物。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，可應(yīng)用于氧化應(yīng)激相關(guān)機(jī)制研究、抗氧化藥物干預(yù)效果評估，或心血管疾病、代謝綜合征等動物模型中脂質(zhì)過氧化水平的動態(tài)監(jiān)測，為科研人員提供靈敏、可靠的實驗工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat HNE in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
