產品描述:大鼠N端前腦鈉素(NT-proBNP)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E08752r)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的NT-proBNP含量。NT-proBNP是腦鈉肽原裂解后無活性的N末端片段。其分泌受心室壁張力和容量負荷影響。臨床上常作為心力衰竭診斷和預后評估的重要生物標志物,通過檢測血液中水平,反映心臟功能狀態(tài),輔助判斷病情嚴重程度與指導治療。試劑盒檢測范圍為7.8 pg/mL-500 pg/mL,適用于心血管疾病機制研究、心肌損傷動物模型評估及藥物干預效果分析等科研領域;支持對大鼠心臟組織或循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中的NT - proBNP水平進行動態(tài)監(jiān)測,為心肌肥厚、心力衰竭等模型的病理生理研究提供可靠工具,亦可用于探索心血管相關藥物對心室功能的調節(jié)作用。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產品說明書。
