大鼠胰高血糖素樣肽2(Glp-2)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E14203r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的Glp2含量。Glp2即胰高血糖素樣肽-2，由腸道L細胞分泌。其作用機制主要是與特異性受體結合，可促進腸黏膜生長、改善腸道屏障功能、調(diào)節(jié)消化液分泌等。目前被廣泛研究用于治療短腸綜合征、腸道損傷等腸道疾病。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，適用于營養(yǎng)學、消化系統(tǒng)疾病模型研究及藥物干預實驗中的Glp - 2動態(tài)監(jiān)測。為研究腸道屏障功能、代謝綜合征及腸上皮細胞增殖機制提供可靠的實驗工具，滿足體外科研實驗中低豐度生物標志物的定量需求。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
