    CUSABIO is glad to provide a highly specific antibody directed against an epitope of Streptomyces viridochromogenes pat protein. The antibody (CSB-PA701139YA01FOQ) is raised in the rabbit against a peptide corresponding to amino acids residues 1-183 of Streptomyces viridochromogenes pat. It exists as an unconjugated IgG isotype. Its purity is 95%+ using protein G purified. This pat polyclonal antibody can be used in ELISA and WB analyses. And it has been designed to only recognize pat from Streptomyces viridochromogenes samples. Its target protein pat is responsible for the acetylation and detoxification of the endogenously produced phosphinothricin (PPT) toxin in vivo.
