        DT3C蛋白由沒有受體結(jié)合域的白喉毒素（DT）和鏈球菌蛋白的C1、C2和C3（3C）結(jié)構(gòu)域組成。主要用于體外檢測癌細(xì)胞對mAb的內(nèi)化效率，并篩選出更有效的單克隆抗體。DT3C蛋白可以在體外模擬ADC藥物的功能，并且制備mAb-DT3C復(fù)合物相對簡單。DT3C蛋白可以與人類、小鼠、兔等各種物種的IgG結(jié)合，形成mAb-DT3C結(jié)合物，從而進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大DT3C作為mAb抗體內(nèi)化檢測工具的應(yīng)用范圍。與Mab-ZAP相比，mAb-DT3C結(jié)合物更加穩(wěn)定，分子量更小。相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，mAb-DT3C的內(nèi)化效率高于mAb-Mab-ZAP。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，DT3C作為檢測mAb內(nèi)化能力的工具已在近130項(xiàng)ADC藥物mAb篩選專利中使用。
