CD93
CD93最初被發(fā)現(xiàn)是與補體系統(tǒng)的C1q蛋白結(jié)合的一種膜受體，因此被命名為C1qRp。在許多不同的細胞類型中都有表達，包括內(nèi)皮細胞、淋巴細胞、巨噬細胞和肝細胞等。在免疫反應(yīng)中，CD93可以作為一種識別并結(jié)合自身抗原的受體，在自身免疫性疾病和腫瘤的免疫治療中具有重要的作用。此外，CD93還參與了血管生成、細胞黏附和凋亡等生物學過程。近年來的研究表明，CD93也可能與神經(jīng)發(fā)育和神經(jīng)退行性疾病有關(guān)。一些研究表明，在神經(jīng)元的成熟和突觸形成過程中，CD93可以調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)細胞外基質(zhì)的合成和降解，從而對神經(jīng)元發(fā)育產(chǎn)生影響。在許多不同的生物學過程中都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。
