IGFL1
是胰島素樣生長因子信號分子家族的一員,屬于igf樣(IGFL)家族。IGF-like (IGFL)基因編碼一種含有約100個氨基酸的蛋白質(zhì)，其中包含11個固定位置的保守半胱氨酸殘基，包括兩個CC基序。在人類中，igf樣(IGFL)家族包含四個基因(IGFL1、IGFL2、IGFL3和IGFL4)和兩個假基因(IGFL1P1和IGFL1P2)?，F(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)表明，IGFL1在包括腎上腺、骨髓、腦、前列腺、皮膚、小腸、甲狀腺和子宮在內(nèi)的廣泛組織中不表達(dá);它在胎兒皮膚、正常乳腺、卵巢和脊髓中表達(dá)。此外，一些數(shù)據(jù)庫顯示IGFL1在包括鱗狀細(xì)胞癌、子宮腫瘤和頭頸部腫瘤在內(nèi)的癌細(xì)胞中都有表達(dá)，這表明IGFL1有望成為新的潛在癌癥靶點
