產(chǎn)品描述:小鼠雌二醇(E2)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E05109m)為競爭法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的E2含量。雌二醇(E2)是小鼠體內(nèi)重要的雌激素,負責調(diào)節(jié)女性特征、附屬性器官成熟和月經(jīng)-排卵周期,促進乳腺導管系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生。研究顯示,E2在促進小鼠肺腺癌進展中起關鍵作用,其機制可能與E2受體ERβ信號通路相關,而IL-6可能通過下調(diào)ERβ信號通路抑制E2促進肺腺癌進展。試劑盒檢測范圍為50 pg/ml-1200 pg/ml,靈敏度為40 pg/ml。適用于基礎科研場景,例如探究生殖周期中激素動態(tài)變化、評估藥物或環(huán)境因素對內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)的影響,或用于代謝性疾病模型中激素水平與病理進程的關聯(lián)性分析本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
