小鼠高半胱氨酸(Hcy)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E16551m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的Hcy含量。Hcy即同型半胱氨酸，是蛋氨酸代謝過程中的中間產(chǎn)物。其水平異常升高是心血管疾病等多種疾病的獨(dú)立危險因素。研究機(jī)制方面，高Hcy可損傷血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞，影響脂質(zhì)代謝，還能促進(jìn)血栓形成，干擾一氧化氮合成，從而引發(fā)一系列病理變化。試劑盒檢測范圍為4.7 nmol/mL-300 nmol/mL，適用于小鼠模型中的代謝功能評估、疾病進(jìn)程監(jiān)測或藥物干預(yù)效果分析，例如在動脈粥樣硬化、阿爾茨海默病等研究中動態(tài)觀察Hcy水平變化，或在營養(yǎng)干預(yù)實驗中探究維生素B族對Hcy代謝的調(diào)控作用。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse Hcy in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
