小鼠凝血酶原片段F1+2(F1+2)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E13265m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的F1+2含量。小鼠凝血酶原片段F1+2是凝血酶原激活轉(zhuǎn)化為凝血酶過程中釋放的穩(wěn)定降解產(chǎn)物，其含量反映凝血酶早期激活水平，可用于診斷血栓前狀態(tài)和血栓性疾病，是血栓性疾病早期診斷的分子標(biāo)志物。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pmol/L-1000 pmol/L，常用于評估凝血系統(tǒng)活化狀態(tài)，在血栓形成機(jī)制研究、抗凝藥物效果評價(jià)及凝血相關(guān)疾病動物模型（如心血管疾病模型或遺傳性凝血障礙研究）中具有重要科研價(jià)值。該產(chǎn)品適用于體外實(shí)驗(yàn)，能夠靈敏檢測多種生物樣本中F1+2的動態(tài)變化，為凝血與纖溶平衡研究、病理模型建立及藥物開發(fā)提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse F1+2 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

回收率：
