豬三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T3)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E14195p）為競爭法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的T3含量。豬三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（T3）是甲狀腺分泌的激素，由L-3-單碘酪氨酸與L-3.5-二碘酪氨酸縮合而成，具有促進(jìn)物質(zhì)代謝和能量釋放的作用，對生長與發(fā)育也有促進(jìn)作用。其活性比甲狀腺素（T4）高5～10倍，主要通過促進(jìn)T4在外周轉(zhuǎn)化為T3來發(fā)揮作用。試劑盒檢測范圍為500 pg/mL-8000 pg/mL，靈敏度為500 pg/mL。適用于動物內(nèi)分泌生理機(jī)制探索、營養(yǎng)代謝實(shí)驗(yàn)或疾病模型中激素水平變化的動態(tài)監(jiān)測，其寬泛的檢測范圍可有效覆蓋正常生理及病理狀態(tài)下的T3濃度波動，為科研人員提供穩(wěn)定可靠的檢測工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
