兔凝血酶抗凝血酶復(fù)合物(TAT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E17821Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的TAT含量。TAT（轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子）是HIV-1病毒的關(guān)鍵調(diào)控蛋白，其在病毒復(fù)制和致病過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。TAT通過穩(wěn)定Tat-TAR復(fù)合體增強(qiáng)HIV-1轉(zhuǎn)錄活性，調(diào)控T細(xì)胞免疫應(yīng)答。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，TAT與宿主免疫應(yīng)答通路相互作用，為HIV治療提供了新的分子靶點(diǎn)。試劑盒檢測范圍為3.12 ng/mL-200 ng/mL，該產(chǎn)品適用于科研領(lǐng)域?qū)ν媚Ｐ湍δ艿难芯?，如血栓形成機(jī)制探索、抗凝藥物療效評(píng)估或心血管疾病動(dòng)物模型中凝血激活程度的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit TAT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
