產(chǎn)品描述:大鼠晚期糖基化終末產(chǎn)物(AGEs)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E09413r)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的AGEs含量。AGEs即晚期糖基化終末產(chǎn)物,在高血糖等情況下形成并不斷累積。其研究機制主要是AGEs與受體結(jié)合后激活多條信號通路,引發(fā)氧化應(yīng)激、炎癥反應(yīng)等,與糖尿病并發(fā)癥、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。試劑盒檢測范圍為3.9 μg/mL-250 μg/mL,適用于糖尿病動物模型研究、衰老相關(guān)機制探索、氧化應(yīng)激水平評估等科研領(lǐng)域,尤其適合在心血管疾病、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等慢性病理模型的建立與驗證中,通過血清、血漿或組織樣本的動態(tài)監(jiān)測揭示AGEs的生物學作用。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
