產(chǎn)品描述：

兔子氧化低密度脂蛋白(OxLDL)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E06991Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的OxLDL含量。OxLDL 即氧化低密度脂蛋白，是低密度脂蛋白被氧化修飾的產(chǎn)物。它在動脈粥樣硬化等疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用。研究機制方面，OxLDL 可被巨噬細胞攝取形成泡沫細胞，還能誘導(dǎo)炎癥反應(yīng)、促進血管平滑肌細胞增殖遷移，加速斑塊形成。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.078 μmol/mL-5 μmol/mL，動脈粥樣硬化動物模型構(gòu)建、降脂藥物作用機制研究、代謝綜合征相關(guān)氧化應(yīng)激評估、心血管病理機制探索、抗氧化治療方案開發(fā)本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
